This is a menstruation and ovulation prediction app. It can also be used for contraception planning, tracking menstruation symptoms and cycles, and integrating your period with lifestyle (hydration, sleep, exercise, etc).

This app helps you track your activity during both day and night time. The user sets daily goals for active minutes, steps, distance covered and calories burned then Fitbit does the calculations. It has sleep tools for you to set sleep goals, bedtime reminders and also to record your sleep.
