tinted makeup removal- colour correcting- Ingredients

Makeup is meant to make us feel glam and accentuate our appearance. What happens though if you still struggle with some nagging issues such as dark spots aven after applying makeup? This is where colour correcting comes in.

It is done by use of concealers that are designed to hide skin imperfections like redness and general discoloration. So if you struggle with hyperpigmentation, dark circles, dark spots and scars, this is for you. Applying a color correcting concealer under your foundation goes a long way in giving you that flawless look.

There are different colours of colour correcting concealers depending on the issue being dealt with.

Yellow

These ones correct redness in skin with a fair complexion. Good for fixing redness around the nose and mouth.

Peach, Red, Orange

These are perfect for dealing with dark spots. Red & orange correct hyperpigmentation in dark skin, while lighter skin benefits from peach. Dark spots caused by aging or sun and under eye circles are combated by orange and peach concealers.

Green

If you have any redness from acne, rashes or birthmarks, green concealers are for you. Remember to apply a small amount of product and blend well to avoid looking cakey.

Violet, Purple, Blue

Purple deals with yellow spots on the skin, while blue and violet are for dark spots, orange and yellow patches.

Pink

Pink concealers correct yellow and mild green hues.
