1. Strawberry & Banana
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened milk
Method
Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend everything together until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick for your blender , adding a little milk at a time to make the blending easier.
2. Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened milk
Method
Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend everything together until smooth.
Serve right away or place in the fridge for later.
3. Pina Colada Smoothie

1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
