Chicken. One of the most tasty meats with various options of preparing it. What’s more, it’s healthier to consume as compared to red meat. Grilling is one way to really get the flavours exploding in your mouth. Here’s a simple recipe that you can  use at any time- no need to wait for a special occasion!



3 chicken breasts
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of ground coriander
1 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
1/2 tsp of sea salt


  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt,  cumin, pepper, coriander and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
  • Rub mixture over both sides of the chicken until well coated.
  • Place chicken on grill. Let each side cook for 4-6 minutes depending on thickness. Before removing from the grill, make sure there is no pink in the middle. However, don’t let it stay on for too long, it becomes hard.
  • Serve with your favourite carbohydrate, a side of vegetables and dipping sauce. Enjoy!
