Gargling
To relieve a sore throat, gargle half a teaspoon of salt dissolved in 235 ml of water 4 times a day. You can also use honey or honey and apple cider vinegar for this.

Hold one nostril closed by applying light finger pressure while squirting the salt mixture into the other nostril. Let it drain. Repeat a few times, then do the same to the other nostril.
